Regrinding
Our qualified and experienced employees ensure that your cutting tools are restored to their former shining glory. Thanks to our modern machinery consisting 5-axis CNC precision grinding machines as well as conventional grinding machines, we are optimally equipped to recondition your tools.
We stand for reliable quality and application-oriented maintenance. On request, we will measure your tools and grind them precisely according to the manufacturer’s geometry. You will receive a regrind of the highest possible standard of quality. Of course, we are also able to provide a cutting edge rounding to your tools too.
Through wear-oriented removal, we enable the optimal service life of your tools. This makes it possible to recondition your tools as often as possible.
As a lean company, we perform effectively and yet very efficiently organised. We complete your orders much more quickly than many other providers – with absolutely reliable quality.
Coating
The right coating for your tools makes all the difference. That’s the reason why here with us you will have access to more than 20 individually applicable coating solutions.
The right anti-wear coating enables longer tool and service life of your tools.
We carry out coating to the highest quality standards. We maintain close partnerships with market leaders in coating solutions. We also undertake drill head coating. On request, we will de-coat your tools.
